  • Ingredients

    • 2/3 cup Butterful creamy peanut butter
    • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
    • 1/4 cup flaxseed
    • 4 tablespoon pumpkin seed
    • 4 tablespoon chia seed
    • 4 tablespoon sunflower seed
    • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
    • 1 cup old fashioned oats
    • 2 tablespoons maple syrup/honey
  • Instructions 

    • Step 1: Slightly roast the seeds on low flame. Roast the oats until golden in colour.
    • Step 2: Mix everything together in a bowl. Add chocolate chips, shredded coconut, peanut butter.
    • Step 3: Spread it evenly onto a parchment paper, cut it in bars and bake it in the oven at 160° for 10 mins & voila!
